✓Viking have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Implementation & E-business Specialist to join our team based in Leicester, [2 days home working per week]. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive an excellent salary and benefits package

✓About the Customer Implementation & E-business Specialist role:
✓This role will support the project management, implementation and go live compliance of corporate large account business for Viking with organisations that have a projected initial spend of over £200,000 per annum
✓In addition, you will undertake Customer visits, support Sales force and customer training, website user demos and acceptance training, road shows, new business & prospect support, sales development, system testing etc.
✓Your responsibilities as our Customer Implementation & E-business Specialist will include:
✓Supporting the new business BDM team to secure new business with an initial annual spend of £200,000 and above across the Viking products & services portfolio
✓Playing a proactive role in new business customer presentations, pitches and implementation meetings
✓Creating and delivering time critical project plans managing internal stakeholders to deliver to the agreed criteria
✓Managing the new account implementation programme to ensure rapid sales, margin and category compliance in line with the first 12-month trading projections
✓Analysing spend trend and GAP data, propose implement and track improvement plans
✓Leading the implementation and tracking of agreed bespoke account initiatives
✓Supporting with Online Training & Website UAT
✓Supporting Online Implementations
✓Undertaking Customer visits / Account Manager field Support
✓Be responsible for Creation of Website documents & training modules
✓eBusiness project management
✓Road show support
✓Online account set up
✓What we’re looking for in our Customer Implementation & E-business Specialist:
✓Essential:
✓A proven track record of success in implementing or developing accounts in a similar role, ideally from within the stationery, print, logistics or support services industry
✓Proven project management skills, able to demonstrate effectively managing complex high sales value projects
✓Ability to effectively communicate up to board level management
✓Have excellent relationship and networking skills
✓Ability to build an initial rapport & understanding with prospect stakeholders in order to support the account win
✓A passion for delivering results through efficient planning processes
✓Sound decision making capability – accountability for the result
✓Strong commercial acumen
✓Previous experience of account management
✓Training & Coaching expertise
✓Presentation skills
✓Comfortable with technology
✓MS Office proficiency – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
✓Desirable:
✓Some sales experience
