✓Based at our offices in Warwick we are recruiting a Customer Proposition Manager to join our team for Burdens and Fusion
✓This role reports into our Commercial Director with one direct report.
✓You will be responsible for interpreting customer data to develop a customer proposition with a clear marketing plan to support, brand proposition and development, liaising with stakeholders across the business, manage relationships with third party digital delivery partners, input into the strategy to expand brand presence and organising events.

✓Experience of working as a Marketing Manager, commercially minded, ideally within Retail or a B2B background

✓Great communicator, stakeholder management skills and the ability to work to deadlines

✓Experience of working to KPIs, objectives and managing own budgets

✓Team player, a self starter, a strategic thinker with a creative flair
