Deputy Operations Manager
Description✓We currently have a fantastic new position for a Deputy Operations Manager to join to join one of the UKs leading suppliers of travel and security medical services as a Operations Coordinator based in Gatwick, Surrey.
✓As the Deputy Operations Manager you will resume responsibility for -
✓To support the Operations Manager in running the operational area of IPRS Aeromed, providing leadership and management for the operations and other relevant staff ensuring they are supported and developed to perform at their best.
✓Provide Line Management for a team of 6-10 people.
✓Work with the team to ensure compliance with all company, regulatory, clinical, and other legal policies, and procedures
✓General day to day running of the office and all operational matters including management of suppliers.
✓Hours - Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 6pm.
✓Salary - £35,000 - £37,000 + benefits
