Employee Relations Administrator
Description✓Eco Personnel [UK] ltd are looking to recruit Employee Relations Administrator for our client based in Mansfield
✓Primary purpose of position is to assist Production by providing high quality administrative support in a professional manner
✓Maintain accurate paper based and computerised records and ensuring confidentiality of all information held.
✓General Duties:
✓* Carry out Operatives Back to Work Interviews
✓* Absence and Timekeeping Analysis for Operatives and report any trends which may cause concern or trigger an attendance review.
✓* Carry out Probationary Reviews for Operatives in conjunction with Production Control Managers, Cells Leaders and Cell Technicians and set performance, conduct and/or attendance goals as appropriate.
✓* Manage Production complaints by taking statements and liaising with Production Control Managers and HR.
✓* Work to resolve potential issues between Assembly Operatives, Cell Leaders and/or Cell Technicians to create a positive working environment.
✓* Ensure that the company complies with all applicable employment laws, such as but not limited to, those related to discrimination, harassment, equality and diversity.
✓* Awareness of, and adherence to, all Company Policies and Procedures.
✓* Adherence to the Employee Handbook
✓* Adherence to the Company’s Health and Safety Policy
✓* The job holder will be required to complete a confidentiality agreement due to the nature of the information dealt with on a day to day basis.
✓* Any other duties deemed appropriate by the Production Control Manager.
✓The successful candidate will be working on the Shopfloor alongside the Production Control Managers, Cell Leaders, and HR
✓Previous experience in similar role is required.
✓This is permanent role with the Salary that is being offered is £25,646 per annum
✓It is a 40-hour contract, working Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4pm.
