✓As the Facilities Assistant your role will involve the following important duties:
✓Ensure that all services including heating, lighting, security systems and plumbing are operating effectively.
✓General repairs and upgrades.
✓Groundskeeping, carpentry and decorating.
✓Work from a ticketing system to complete jobs.
✓Swimming pool maintenance - water testing and plant maintenance routines.
✓Unlocking and locking of premises.
✓Set up premises for events - moving furniture, equipment and materials where necessary.
✓The experience required…
✓As a successful Facilities Assistant, you will have the following:
✓Previous Facilities Maintenance experience.
✓Carpentry, plumbing and grounds experience.
✓Excellent organisational skills.
✓Team player.
✓Quick learner.
✓Attention to detail.
✓Excellent communication skills.
