Finance Administrator

DescriptionThe Role
This is an administration role within the Credit Control team based in the Manchester assisting with Intap verification process and other ad hoc administrative work.
The main duties will include verifying bank details, sending letters, monitoring collections inbox and completing new supplier forms.
Key Responsibilities
* Intap verification
* Sending collections letters
* Updating the credit control system to show invoices have been uploaded / copies sent to enable the credit control team to chase effectively
* Monitoring collections email and distributing to the credit controller responsible
* Completing new supplier forms
* Any other duties considered reasonable
Essential Skills & Experience
* Good Microsoft Excel skills
* Good standard written and verbal communication
* Excellent attention to detail
* Takes direction well
* Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing workloads
* Strong numeracy skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Maintain positive "can do" attitude at all times
* Professional telephone and email manne
