Description✓We are looking for an experienced Grounds and Site Team Manager, with a love of the outdoors to join a welcoming and hard working team
✓The role involves leading a small team to maintain the grounds and faclities of our recreational site
✓Candidates must be hard working, experienced team leaders with a great attention to detail and a hands on approach.
✓Key Responsibilities
✓* Planning and allocating daily tasks
✓* Motivating the team
✓* Meeting targets and delivering in line with company standards
✓* Supporting the Head of Facilities
✓* Creating a memorable environment for customers
✓* Ensuring that Health and Safety standards are continually met
✓Desired Skills and Experience
✓* Experience in managing and motivating a team
✓* Ability to problem solve and make timely decisions
✓* Previous experience of performance management
✓* Experienced in trade skills and/or grounds maintenance
