✓The Growing Supervisor will drive and accelerate a highly capable growing team of speciality crops within a highly technical glasshouse environment
✓They will ideally have a horticultural background, but most importantly will be a natural, empathetic leader that is comfortable to work in a highly regulated environment.
✓To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to have high energy, humility and agility
✓You will be a problem solver with a creative outlook
✓You must be a strong leader with an ability to “get things done.” Strong communication skills are required to ensure successful project management across the R&D divisions
✓Of graduate/diploma calibre, you will have good IT ability and with a track-record of at least three years in a leadership position.
