✓Key Responsibilities:
✓Assisting other members of the business partnering team with month-end result production
✓Processing of accruals and prepayments as informed by operational teams in line with financial processes and principles
✓Balance sheet reconciliations
✓Tracking and reconciling cash transactions through the business
✓Building relationships with other finance team members
✓Monitor completion of balance sheet reconciliations and support where required
✓Support the sales ledger team with income allocation and billing details when required
✓Assisting with audit queries and ensuring accurate working papers to support postings made
✓About You:
✓Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
✓Planning and diary management skills
✓Able to manage own workload and prioritise workloads to important deadlines
✓Clear communication skills [use of email and calls]
✓Understanding of Facilities Management Operations would be desirable to help improve understanding of business sector
✓Analytical skills to investigate variances and cost trends
✓Strong Excel skills including the use of formula and pivot tables using multi-system source data tables
✓Minimum AAT level 4 or sufficient QBE demonstrated through previous positions held
✓Previously holding a management accountant role
