Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting other members of the business partnering team with month-end result production
Processing of accruals and prepayments as informed by operational teams in line with financial processes and principles
Balance sheet reconciliations
Tracking and reconciling cash transactions through the business
Building relationships with other finance team members
Monitor completion of balance sheet reconciliations and support where required
Support the sales ledger team with income allocation and billing details when required
Assisting with audit queries and ensuring accurate working papers to support postings made
About You:
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
Planning and diary management skills
Able to manage own workload and prioritise workloads to important deadlines
Clear communication skills [use of email and calls]
Understanding of Facilities Management Operations would be desirable to help improve understanding of business sector
Analytical skills to investigate variances and cost trends
Strong Excel skills including the use of formula and pivot tables using multi-system source data tables
Minimum AAT level 4 or sufficient QBE demonstrated through previous positions held
Previously holding a management accountant role
