Operations Manager

✓We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Burdens branch in West Bromwich as an Operations Manager.
✓In this role you will lead, motivate and develop the team of 4 Yard Assistants and 4 HGV Drivers ensuring the yard is safe and tidy and that all practices for goods in and out are followed
✓You will also be managing the vehicles ensuring the drivers go out on time with the correct load, the fleet is all up to date with the correct paperwork as well as serving customers over the trade counter
✓You will also be a keyholder for the branch and supporting the Branch Manager in their absence.
✓This is a full-time permanent role working 45 hours a week Monday to Friday from 7am – 5pm
✓No weekend working required!
