✓We are recruiting for an established Scottish family business in Hillington who are looking to add a Production Supervisor to their operation
✓Working on a back-shift basis Monday- Friday, you will assist management in implementing process improvements to enhance the production capabilities, output and, critically, the quality of product into the marketplace.
✓Key Duties:
✓* Monitor and manage production KPI’s
✓* Quality Control - Ensure production/quality processes, equipment being used, and the working environments are all conducive to producing a high-quality product/service.
✓* Ensure that the production area is clean and that all safety mitigation measures are in place
✓* Liaise with the Production Manager to identify and assess training and development needs
✓What you’ll need
✓* Production Supervisory experience
✓* Attention to detail.
✓* Excellent communication skills
