Description✓Senior Project Manager - Permanent - Salary from £35,000
✓TeamJobs are working with a fantastic local company based in Christchurch, recruiting for a Junior Project Manager to join their busy and dynamic team.
✓Responsibilities
✓Processing enquiries from clients including setting up client files and maintaining CRM.
✓Respond to client requirements to ensure speedy process of enquiry.
✓Advising on missing information and suggesting solutions for the project.
✓Produce CAD layout / sales drawings when required for client solutions and demonstrate pricing.
✓To efficiently utilise your time to produce speedy and accurate quotations.
✓Product & supplier sourcing; including acquiring critical material pricing and placing reserves, checking stocks & lead times and sample requesting.
✓Follow up with clients on previously quoted works and ongoing projects, in timely manner.
✓Provide project and client feedback to the Head of Sales & the relevant Sales Manager.
✓Maintain & update relevant client enquiry status through the CRM.
✓Effective project management to ensure the product is produced to client requirements.
✓Oversee the drawing stage of the project to ensure everything is in line with costing methods and client requirements.
✓Work closely with other areas of the business from enquiry to manufacture stage.
✓To support the Sales Managers to manage, develop and protect existing key accounts, maintaining relationships whilst managing key accounts.
✓Providing support to the Head of Sales & the relevant Sales Manager for larger projects & tenders
✓Including assisting with quoting requirements and assisting putting together tender information packs, due diligence etc.Hours and Pay
✓From £35,000 salary per annum DOE
✓Monday to Friday

✓Previous experience in a similar manufacturing background beneficial
✓Working knowledge of AutoCAD desirable
