✓Conducting routine inspections and recording findings accurately.
✓Performing weekly checks on vacant units to ensure their upkeep.
✓Collecting electricity meter readings and maintaining records.
✓Reporting the overall condition of buildings, grounds, and common areas.
✓Identifying and reporting any health and safety concerns promptly.
✓Identifying and reporting potential fire risks to ensure the safety of occupants.
✓Regularly checking the security fencing, gates, and doors to maintain site security.
✓Keeping meticulous records and producing reports on the condition of units.

✓A full clean driver's license is essential as travel between sites will be required.
