✓Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join their team in the Medway Kent area
✓The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an Extra Care scheme or Domiciliary Care Scheme, ensuring that all service users receive the highest standards of care.
✓Responsibilities
✓• Manage and supervise a team of care workers and support staff
✓• Ensure the smooth running of the Scheme
✓• Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and guidelines
✓• Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users
✓• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided
✓• Build and maintain positive relationships with service users and their families
✓Requirements
✓• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
✓• Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a care home or domiciliary care setting
✓• Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills
✓• A sound understanding of CQC regulations and guidelines
✓• A genuine passion for providing high-quality care services
