Registered Manager
Description✓We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to join our client based in a Young Persons Residential home in the Hall Green area.
✓Duties of the role:-
✓* Responsible for the day-to-day of management the residency
✓* To provide residential care to a high standard
✓* Maintain confidentiality and data protection where appropriate
✓* Record and contact the safeguarding team with any concerns if they arise
✓* Liaise with the range of different consultants available
✓* To lead and influence the development of a positive care environment
✓The ideal candidate will:-
✓* Ideally experience as a Registered Manager / Deputy Manager
✓* Be able to be on call from home
✓* Collectively able to work with the Deputy Manager, Education Support, Shift leaders and Residential Support workers
✓This position is full- time working Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
✓Salary starting from £40K+.
✓This is an urgent role so start date is ASAP
