Sales Support Manager
Description✓Pertemps are excited to be recruiting a Sales Support Manager for one of our well-established clients, based in Sheffield, S13.
✓Your role will involve ensuring all Customer Service/External Sales Staff have the right skills and support to close deals and deliver sales growth at the desired margin
✓You will also be responsible for ensuring the local sales unit can focus on sales growth by removing routing administration tasks and proactively manage the pending orders.
✓As the Sales Support Manager, you will be focusing on:
✓Team Management
✓Ensure an optimal and clear definition of tasks and responsibilities
✓Coach, develop and motivate employees to maximize their performance
✓Implement and maintain KPIs
✓Work with other departmental management to optimize efficiencies, reduce errors and solve problems that occur
✓Maintain regular engagement with key divisional functions - including sales management, field sales, marketing and technical support
✓Maintain high capacity within the team, keep track of and approve holidays, sick leaves, meetings and training sessions.
✓Sales Support
✓New customer on-boarding
✓Complaint resolution to the customer's satisfaction
✓Proactively management commercial agreement implementation/management with the Sales team
✓Allocate the workload evenly between the team members
✓Successful Candidates will have:
✓A minimum of 2 years managerial experience
✓Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with a collaborative approach
✓High social competence and the ability to work in a team
✓Proven organisational skills
✓The ability to set priorities based on workload and deadlines
✓Industrial experience or experience in inside sales/field sales is preferred but not essential.
✓Working Hours:
✓You will be required to work either 8:00am until 4:30pm or 8:30am and 5:00pm.
✓You will have two paid 15-minute breaks and an unpaid 45 minute break for lunch.
✓Salary:
✓Your annual salary will be £35,000 per year.
✓Other Information:
✓There is no option for hybrid working, you will be based in the office Monday to Friday
✓The role is being offered on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave, this is expected to last for a minimum of 6 months, however, may last up to 12 months
