Multitask Personnel are looking for a talented, passionate and experienced delivery and change leader to join a dynamic team delivering business change and transformation initiatives within the utilities sector
This is a client-facing role that will require you to pro-actively manage relationships, build partnerships with stakeholders, provide leadership and guidance to project teams [including oversight of project planning, execution and monitoring], and use a range of change management approaches and techniques to ensure that projects achieve their business outcomes
This is an exciting opportunity to have a hands-on involvement in project delivery, whilst building and leading a growing business change capability.
Key responsibilities for a Senior Business Change Lead include:
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams, including coaching and mentoring team members, to ensure successful delivery of projects and initiatives

Lead the delivery of complex projects, including the management of project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks, to ensure successful outcomes

Mature and lead the Business Change function by building teams to drive business change and transformation initiatives, including process optimisation, organisational redesign, and technology transformation

Develop and implement change management strategies, including communication and training plans, to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of changes

Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and teams on the ground to ensure that change initiatives are optimising project outcomes

Develop the vision and case for change, ensuring alignment with the project business case to deliver the benefits

Ensure projects achieve their business outcomes by increasing adoption and minimising resistance

Manage benefits realisation through defining and measuring change metrics and monitoring progress and completing a benefits realisation report at the project closure.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities for a Senior Business Change Lead:
Demonstrable experience in leading complex projects and driving business change and transformation initiatives.

Be comfortable with operating unconventionally - picking the parts of frameworks needed to get the job done professionally, but with a strong focus on the outcomes that matter

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven record of building and leading high-performing teams

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to a mix of stakeholders

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
