RESPONSIBILITIES
Accountable for the flawless service delivery across all sites within your remit.
Championing prompt and accurate completion of customer service requests, leaving our clients delighted.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment that fuels success.
Ensuring our sites adhere to the esteemed SOP68 guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of operation.
Continuously seeking opportunities to enhance process efficiency, drive cost savings, and maximize revenue potential.
Playing a pivotal role in scoping customer solutions, leveraging your expertise to deliver tailored strategies.

Salary:£30,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience
