Team Leader
Description✓We are looking for a Team Leader to join our client's team based in Harlow.
✓Full time, permanent position.
✓Team Leader's working hours are Monday to Friday 6 am to 2 pm.
✓Team Lader Main purpose:
✓To assist the management of a team of people to achieve required quality cost and delivery targets.
✓Team Lader Main responsibilities:
✓* To make sure the team operate to the required run at rates and question any misses to target
✓* To execute the production plan
✓* To achieve production output within the required quality target.
✓* To check that work instructions are used are followed.
✓* To ensure the required collection of data from the cell is gathered
✓* To monitor results, and take relevant action.
✓* To liaise with the planning team on plan adherence stock issues
✓* To produce shop floor documentation as required
✓Team Lader General responsibilities:
✓* To work as part of a team.
✓* To work safely using required PPE as per relevant risk assessments.
✓* To participate fully and actively in the development of Manufacturing’s capabilities.
✓* To create and maintain a ‘can do’ attitude which provides internal and external customers with an outstanding level of customer service.
✓* Any other duties which may reasonably be required by the post holders Line Manager or Director
