✓KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
✓To manage all activity related to the delivery of O & M projects and workscopes across nominated Clients.
✓Act as deputy for Head of Wind O&M as required
✓Provide operational input/advice to senior management team during tender phase of workscopes
✓Manage the full spectrum of delivery of workscopes including HSE, Quality, and Commercial outputs.
✓Manage an integrated and cost effective service, ensuring individual work packages are completed on time and within budget.
✓Lead scope development and constructability reviews to ensure services requirements are optimised for each event/project/initiative.
✓Ensure all work scopes are planned, coordinated, completed & documented in accordance with Petrofac & Client requirements
✓ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
✓Ideally degree qualified in a technical discipline or have relevant technical qualification
✓Demonstrable experience within the Offshore Renewables industry and specifically offshore wind
✓A deep knowledge of the technical and operational challenges associated with offshore wind.
✓Knowledge of legislative and industry requirements for statutory inspection of offshore wind farms and associated infrastructure
✓Ideally have, or are working towards, Project Management qualification ie APM PMP, Prince2 or similar
✓Knowledge of applicable HSE legislation and industry standards
✓Preferably have NEBOSH certificate or similar
✓Direct experience of planned maintenance, inspection & repair projects across balance of plant assets within the wind industry
✓Familiarity with the logistics required to support offshore operations in the wind industry, including dangerous goods
✓Proven track record in monitoring and driving efficiency & delivering against targets
✓Able to communicate effectively at all levels [and in particular with client planning teams and site based employees/supervisors]
✓Full GWO training & ability to perform adhoc offshore inspections
✓Proven track record in influencing and in delivering business expectations.
