1st Line Technician Support

✓Due to expansion my client is seeking a 1st line Technical support to join their team.
✓We are looking for candidates who have some IT or customer experience however junior candidates who have a passion and desire to get into an IT role will also be considered.

✓Requirements
✓* Ideally you will live no more than 25 miles from their office in Saffron Walden.
✓* The ability to drive – this is not a requirement for the role however public transport is not great to their location.
✓* You will be confident, self- motivated and have a customer-first attitude to build relationships and win business.
✓* Ideally a strong Knowledge of PC Hardware, the Windows platform and application support [this is not essential for junior candidates].
✓* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
✓* The ability to retain information as well as an appetite to learn.
✓* Strong customer service skills.
✓The Role
✓* Act as a 1st line IT Support person for all incoming support enquiries.
✓* Troubleshoot the basic areas of the companies platform.
✓* Work with customers on Live chat, Email, Phone and Ticketing services to ensure they are given the best level of services possible.
✓* Handle all incoming enquiries, ensuring they are communicated with other teams if required.
✓* Ensure all issues, requests and tasks are logged and communicated with other teams if required.
✓* Escalate issues to the 2nd line and Technical Pre-Sales Team as necessary.
✓* Assist with the replication of issues as necessary.
✓* Deliver handovers between the global 1st line Technical Support Team.
✓The Package for 1st Line Technical Support.
✓* Monday- Friday Shift patterns to include 8:00 – 16:30 and 9:00 – 17:30, you will also be required to work one late night shift every 3-4 weeks which is 15:30 – 00:00.
✓* £22,000 - £27,000 per annum
✓* Hybrid working with at least 3 days in the office.
✓* 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
