24/7 Trainee Operator
Description✓PERMANENT ROLES: 30K basic per annum
✓Brookstreet [UK] LTD are recruiting for Trainee Production Operatives for our client based in Campsie
✓Our client is one of Derry`s largest and a proud award winning company
✓Our client works in a 24/7 environment, so this means that hours of work for the Trainee Production role are:
✓Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from [Apply online only]
✓Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday [Apply online only]
✓Week 3: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from [Apply online only]
✓Week4: Wednesday and Thursday [Apply online only]
✓Guaranteed an average of 42 hours per week
✓Five days off every 2nd week including the weekend
✓In your new role, you will be provided with ongoing Training and Development from a fully trained operator and Training Team who will show and provide you with the relevant skills to become a fully trained operator
✓This will include:
✓Adhering to Health & Safety procedures
✓Wearing required protective clothing
✓Ensuring the Production area is clean, tidy, & safe
✓Meeting production targets
✓Operating in a team environment on a production line
✓Ensuring that quality requirements are met
✓You are a good fit for this role, if you are seeking a career within Production, able to commit to working 12 hour shifts, that include, days, nights and weekends and a positive work ethic
✓No GCSE`s are required for this role
✓In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £13.55 per hour
✓Shift allowance and over time rate for any additional shifts worked
