Assembly Operative and Dispatcher DAYS
Description✓COMPANY DESCRIPTION, PROFILE AND SCOPE OF ROLE:
✓Our Client is well established and growing engineering/manufacturing business and a UK leader in their field.
✓This role represents an excellent opportunity for an assembly or dispatch operator seeking to develop their career within a friendly and professional environment
✓This opportunity has arisen due to further expansion within the business
✓*** This is a permanent role, offering stability, training and development

✓It will take some time to develop into the role before being able to fully undertake the full range of daily duties and responsibilities [Training provided].
✓KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
✓* To carry out assembly work within the main production department
✓* Picking/Packing products which involves some manual handling
✓* Use Javelin software
✓* Book orders onto courier using software on computer
✓* Conform to all company Quality and Health & Safety procedures
✓* Perform tasks accurately and consistently
✓* Show a high level of attention to detail
✓* Be punctual and reliable
✓* General housekeeping duties
✓* Performs other duties as required by the business
✓IMPORTANT: This is a physically active role involves lifting, handling and bending through a full range of motions.
✓QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
✓* Preferably experience gained within an Assembly, Production, Dispatch, or Warehouse environment
✓* Must be numerate and literate and be able to demonstrate attention to detail
✓* Must have good English verbal and written communication skills
✓* Able to work effectively under pressure
✓* Able to work as part of a team and also on own initiative when required
✓* Able to prioritise and work to production targets
✓* Preferably experience gained in a fast-paced environment
✓Please note: Candidates will be required to be flexible work overtime from time to time.

✓From £22,308 PA / £11 PH To £24,336 PA / £12 PH [Depending on experience + Benefits + Overtime Paid at Time + one Half] / Day Shift: Monday to Thursday: 0800am-1700pm and Friday 0800am–13.00 NB: Overtime payable after 39 Hour week @ Time + One Half [£16.50 to £18 PH] Show more →
