CNC Lead Operator
Description✓Job Role: Lead CNC Operator

✓Salary: £38,000 - 42,000 [D.O.E]
✓Metalis are working with a specialist Machine development business in the search for their next CNC Lead Operator / CNC Supervisor
✓You will work in a small team and be expected to be hands on, leading the team and driving innovation.
✓Duties:
✓Must have experience Setting, Operating and Programming CNC Milling Machines.
✓Experience working with Fanuc or Siemens controls.
✓Manage speeds, feeds, run times and correct tooling choice.
✓Ensuring productivity targets are met and exceeded.
✓Manage budgets and work within financial.
✓Support in Production Planning.
✓Manage quality standards across the team.
✓Utilise CAM software.
✓Manage Sub-Con OperationsJob Requirements:
✓Previous experience working in a Cell Lead or Supervisory capacity.
✓Knowledge of Fanuc and Siemens controls.
✓Strong Communicator able to deliver challenging and technical messages.
✓High attention to detail to complete tasks.
✓3-5Years within a machining role.
