CNC Machinist
Description✓Crem Recruitment has been appointed to recruit for a key business within the manufacturing industry that operates on the outskirts of Cambridge, Fulbourn, CB21
✓The successful CNC Machine Operative will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
✓* Loading material onto machines.
✓* Machine setting, using Fanuc and/or Heidenhain controls
✓* Using hand tools and power tools to remove debris from products.
✓* Reading technical drawings and measurements.
✓* Unloading finished products from machines.
✓* Quality checks of finished goods.
✓Hours and Pay:
✓* Monday to Thursday, Fridays Off!
✓* 6:45 am – 5 pm, 30-minute break
✓* Temporary to Permanent Contract.
✓* DOE
✓* On-site parking.
✓To be considered for this CNC Machinist role, you will have experience in the following:
✓* Must have machine setting and operating experience.
✓* Experience using Fanuc and/or Heidenahin controls
✓* Knowledge of both reading and navigating programs
✓* A strong understanding of technical drawings
✓* Be reliable and trustworthy
✓* A very strong eye for detail
✓* Flexibility for moving around the workshop for cover
✓* Experience of working in an engineering environment
