✓Description
✓As Customer Service Advisor, based in Smethwick, you will be responsible for the following:
✓Handling requests from customers, which includes new account and pricing set up and order entry/processing
✓Raising manual notes/credit notes for permitted scenarios and updating the manual log accordingly
✓Taking payments from customers
✓Completing manual template to create Proforma Invoices
✓Providing timely resolution to issues and assessing when a contact requires escalation or referral to an expert
✓Developing and maintaining knowledge of products, services and systems as required
✓Identifying sales opportunities for referral to the sales team
✓Developing strong long term relationships with customers and agents to fully understand their needs
✓Managing work within KPI / target framework to optimise customer experience and productivityProfile
✓The successful Customer Service Advisor, based in Smethwick, will have the following experience:
✓Customer Service or Sales Admin experience
✓Live within a commutable distance to Smethwick
✓Be a confident communicator both written and verbal
