Description
As Customer Service Advisor, based in Smethwick, you will be responsible for the following:
Handling requests from customers, which includes new account and pricing set up and order entry/processing
Raising manual notes/credit notes for permitted scenarios and updating the manual log accordingly
Taking payments from customers
Completing manual template to create Proforma Invoices
Providing timely resolution to issues and assessing when a contact requires escalation or referral to an expert
Developing and maintaining knowledge of products, services and systems as required
Identifying sales opportunities for referral to the sales team
Developing strong long term relationships with customers and agents to fully understand their needs
Managing work within KPI / target framework to optimise customer experience and productivityProfile
The successful Customer Service Advisor, based in Smethwick, will have the following experience:
Customer Service or Sales Admin experience
Live within a commutable distance to Smethwick
Be a confident communicator both written and verbal
Be fluent in English [written and verbal]

As Customer Service Advisor, based in Smethwick, you will be entitled to:
Permanent contract
Full-time contract - 39.5 hours per week
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
