Customer Service & Account Specialist

✓This role represents an excellent career opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Specialist
✓The successful candidate will hold a pivotal position liaising between customers and internal departments, e.g
✓warehousing, logistics and sales, and will be responsible for achieving high service standards via a fast, reliable and cost effective service to internal and external customers.
✓KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
✓* Focussing on customer needs and satisfaction, order processing, confirmations, packing requirements, pricing, forecasting whilst delivering high standard of customer service.
✓* Managing customer enquiries and concerns efficiently and effectively and escalate as required being first line response.
✓* Monitoring customers’ orders in line with delivery requirements effectively to meet department and organisational goals.
✓* Liaising with internal departments Sales, Warehouse, Quality, Finance and controlling teams and project stakeholders to achieve the best outcome.
✓* Analysing data to anticipate and avoid potential problems and suggest improvements.
✓* Conducting regular analysis of product lifecycle, competitor activities and new market opportunities.
✓* Producing weekly analysis reports e.g
✓forecasting, customer & market trends to internal and external stakeholders.
✓QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
✓* Previous Customer service experience
✓* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with ability to influence.
✓* Proficient experience of working with SAP Microsoft office and Outlook.
✓Details of Package:
✓Up to £26,000 PA [Depending on experience] + Excellent Benefits Package, including 29 days holiday + bank holidays + Healthcare + Generous contributory pension scheme / 37 Hour week
