A leading FMCG manufacturer are seeking a Customer Services Executive to join there established team due to further growth.
The Role
Processing customer orders whilst ensuring sufficient stock is available, production time slots to enable on time delivery
Be your customers champion in ensuring support and delivery
Provide supports to the Sales team in managing existing business
Having a pro-active approach to advising customers of any issues and delivery of solutions
Person Skills
Attention to detail is a must
Previous experience in a customer relationship role
Excellent communicate skills at all levels on the phone and in writing
Able to work on your own initiative and prioritise tasks
IT Literacy and numerate
