✓A leading FMCG manufacturer are seeking a Customer Services Executive to join there established team due to further growth.
✓The Role
✓Processing customer orders whilst ensuring sufficient stock is available, production time slots to enable on time delivery
✓Be your customers champion in ensuring support and delivery
✓Provide supports to the Sales team in managing existing business
✓Having a pro-active approach to advising customers of any issues and delivery of solutions
✓Person Skills
✓Attention to detail is a must
✓Previous experience in a customer relationship role
✓Excellent communicate skills at all levels on the phone and in writing
✓Able to work on your own initiative and prioritise tasks
✓IT Literacy and numerate
