Fabricator Welder
Description✓A Engineering company based in Pershore are searching for a Fabricator Welder to join their team on a temporary – permanent basis working 07:45 – 17:00, Monday – Friday with a 13:00 finish on Fridays
✓The company themselves have been a leading supplier of their products for over 40 years.
✓As a Fabricator Welder you will be responsible for:
✓
✓- Welding Mild Steel and Armoured Steel between 2mm and 20mm
✓- Quality control, you must inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they are in line with health and safety compliance and company standards
✓- Inspecting your personal welding work before submitting to final inspection
✓- An understanding of Engineering drawings and work off drawings provided
✓- Other general Manufacturing duties
✓As a Fabricator Welder you will be required to:
✓
✓- Have previous experience working as a Fabricator Welder, this will be essential
✓- Previous experience in MIG welding will be essential
✓- TIG and MAG Welding will also be beneficial
✓- Previous experience working with Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium will be beneficial
✓- Ready and willing to work overtime as and when required by the business
✓The role of Fabricator Welder will be working on a temporary – permanent basis being paid between £12.50 - £14.40 per hour depending on experience, permanent contracts will also be on offer to outstanding candidates after the completion of a 12-week period.
