Factory Supervisor
Description✓Factory Supervisor – Sheffield – To £42,000
✓Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a rapidly growing leading manufacturer in Sheffield who are looking to recruit an Factory Supervisor to join their team.
✓As Factory Supervisor, you will lead a team of Operatives and have overall responsibility for the Production output.
✓The business is on track to double in size over the next few years, so it is a very exciting time to join as they continue on this journey.
✓Factory Supervisor Responsibilities:
✓Setting daily targets and communicating them to the employees
✓Organising workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
✓Overseeing and coaching employees
✓Submit reports on performance and progress
✓Organising the training of new employees and cross training existing
✓House keeping
✓Ensure production is out of the door on time
✓Checking and completing of Time Cards
✓Checking all machinery is working correctly and any issues are dealt with
✓Making sure daily checks are completed
✓Hours: 7am – 4pm Monday to Friday
✓30 minute lunch and 15 minute morning break

✓Previous experience leading a team
