✓This is an exciting development opportunity for a Graduate who wishes to build a career in manufacturing
✓The position will cover all aspects of operations and provide a broad depth of knowledge of the entire process.
✓It will also provide the opportunity to focus on one area of the business in terms of long term career planning
✓THE PERSON
✓Educated to Degree level in Engineering, Production Management, Materials Science, Operations, Business, Supply Chain
✓Strong communication skills, as this role will require regular contact with all stakeholders in the business
✓Previous work experience would be desirable but not essential, more important is an enquiring mind and proactive approach to addressing daily challenges
✓Organised and able to prioritise effectively
✓Drive and determination to progress
