✓As a critical member of our procurement department, you will work closely with the Group Procurement Senior Managers to manage the Packaging, Ingredient, and Indirect categories worldwide.
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓* Collaborate closely with Procurement Managers at various sites to ensure efficient and effective procurement aligned with group-wide requirements.
✓* Manage projects assigned by Group Procurement Senior Managers and actively participate in tender processes.
✓* Maintain up-to-date and accurate procurement documentation, ensuring seamless communication throughout the organization.
✓* Coordinate the delivery of supplier samples to sites for trial purposes, contributing to evaluating potential solutions.
✓* Oversee smaller categories and associated suppliers, optimizing procurement processes and fostering strong supplier relationships.
✓* Support identifying and implementing a pipeline of cost reduction initiatives, driving the competitive overall supply cost.
✓* Contribute to managing R&D and Innovation Projects, promoting continuous improvement and innovation within procurement.
✓Performance Measures:
✓* Drive financial savings at both site and group levels through effective procurement strategies.
✓* Successfully implement identified projects, ensuring timely delivery and desired outcomes.
