Human Resource Administrator
Description✓As a member of the HR Department, you will provide comprehensive and professional HR support and advice whilst assisting in the application of company policies and procedures, with a focus on recruitment and selection, disciplinary and grievance, absence management and administration of the full employee lifecycle.
✓Main responsibilities include:
✓* Assisting the HR Manager, Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders and proactively apply company policies and procedures across the site
✓* Being the first point of contact for all HR related queries either face to face, over the telephone or via email
✓* Manage the recruitment and selection process, including drafting job descriptions, person specifications and adverts, issuing offer letters and contracts of employment.
✓* Conduct investigations and assist with disciplinary and grievance cases minute taking
✓* Support the Payroll Advisor with temporary timesheet administration and updating of Add Time System.
✓* Ownership of all employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives such as employee of the month
✓* Liaising and building relationships with external stakeholders such as recruitment agencies and occupational health referrals
✓Person specification:
✓* Experience of working within a fast paced HR department, ideally within a manufacturing environment
✓* A CIPD qualification is desirable although not essential
✓* Fully proficient in the Microsoft suite
✓* Excellent communication skills
✓* Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
