✓As an IT HELP DESK ASSISTANT, you are articulate, resilient, and willing to learn, and you are motivated by dealing with customers to resolve their issues
✓Not one to sit back or relish repetition, you thrive on resolving IT problems across multiple technology areas including Office 365, Networking, Windows Desktop Support, and Backups
✓Encirc makes, fills, and distributes glass bottles and jars

✓As the IT HELPDESK ASSISTANT, you'll play a key role in ensuring the resolution of all IT issues across multiple technology areas, whilst gaining vast experience for an award-winning company
✓The Key Requirements
✓* Currently studying for a computer-related Degree
✓* Ability to problem solve
✓* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
