Machine Operator - Paddock Wood
Description✓The Machine Operator is a full-time role, 45 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm
✓The salary offered is £28,314.00 per annum
✓25 days holiday plus paid leave for the bank holidays in a full year

✓The role of the Machine Operator will be to manage setup, tune-up, and monitor semi-
✓automated machinery to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness with minimal downtime.
✓The ideal candidate would need to be hard-working, proactive, organised, with a passion for detail and quality, and a good motivator of people
✓Lead by example.
✓The Role
✓* Setting up the case packer/labeller machines ready for production.
✓* Running routine maintenance of machinery.
✓* Ensuring quality and productivity targets are met consistently.
✓* Attention to detail and adjusting the machine as needed to improve Quality and
✓maintain line speeds.
✓* Carry out in-process Quality checks at specified intervals and record downtime.
✓* Full ownership of machine performance.
✓The Candidate
✓* Hands-on experience with machinery, an inner understanding of how machines
✓work, attention to detail, and a keen to learn with a can-do attitude.
✓* Who takes pride in their work.
✓* Good level of problem-solving skills.
