Machine Tool Service Engineer

✓After Taking on large international contracts within the Automotive industry and now implementing a number of key automation projects with UK and Ireland Customers the company are now looking to expand their team and are now seeking a Service Engineer to join the team in Ireland.
✓The role
✓A Machine Tool Service Engineer is now required join the team on a permanent basis required to work at various customer sites across Ireland.
✓You will take responsibility for:
✓[Electro-Mechanical] Installation, commissioning and build on Special purpose machinery.
✓Breakdowns and installations on Robotics primarily KUKA, ABB.
✓Maintain and Service post installation.
✓Supporting Customers with troubleshooting mechanical/HMI issues post integration
✓What you need
✓It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following:
✓Mechanically biased with a strong understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics
✓Experience working on Machine Tools/CNC machines/special purpose machinery [servicing or maintaining]
✓Mechanical Maintenance in an industrial/Manufacturing environment.
✓Experience working on Automation Projects/Machinery
✓Other DESIRABLE skills include:
✓Knowledge of PLCS and/or HMIs [Siemens] would be advantageous
✓Programming experience on Robotics, ABB, KUKA etc.
✓Experience within a Machine tool background
