Manufacturing Project Coordinator
Description✓My client , a busy manufacturing site in Bridport is looking for a Manufacturing Project Coordinator
✓Reporting
✓Reporting to directly to Sales Director, but will be a shared resource between the Sales & Production/ Manufacturing Directors.

✓This role will encompass project ownership, project handover, procurement, planning & deliverables, customer communication & customer point of contact.
✓Core Responsibilities
✓The link between Sales and Production
✓Establish relationships with existing or new customers
✓Convert and assign new sales orders into efficient production handovers
✓Become the main point of contact & owner for a newly assigned project or projects, encompassing the following key activities:
✓Handover to production - labour allowances, route cards and drawings
✓Procurement of project related materials
✓Incorporation of sold items into a master ruff-cut production plan
✓Order acknowledgements - based on production plan results
✓Monitoring and reporting of project schedule miles stones - alerting the multidiscipline team of potential issues that could affect the overall agreed delivery date
✓Liaise with customer & design engineer with basic design requirements, specific project requirements and deliverables.
✓Liaise with internal design team to ensure that the basic sold concept is met and or variations / deviations are captured.
✓Project variation or deviation monitoring, recording and communication to customer
✓Contribute to long term sales and weekly invoice sales forecasts
