Marketing Manager

✓This role will hold responsibility of driving brand awareness and owning the content strategy
✓Producing reports on Marketing performance and working closely with the sales division to increase their customer base by engaging with their key audiences and deliver targeted marketing campaigns
✓You will also manage and work closely with a Marketing Agency on continuous website developments.
✓My client has multiple sites and therefore whilst this is a flexible hybrid role, occasional travel to their sites will be essential.
✓Duties & Responsibilities:
✓• Build and execute campaigns
✓• Managing marketing budget
✓• Analyse digital marketing metrics, providing detailed reports and insights on performance
✓• Assist with the ongoing development of the websites
✓• Proactively generate creative ideas to identify new market opportunities
✓• Working across multiple sectors, market segmentation across existing, new and target customer base
✓• Continually generate engaging content, scheduling regular updates across multiple social media platforms and company website
✓• Manage and optimise CRM system
✓Skills & Experience:
✓• A minimum 6 years’ Full Mix marketing experience
✓• B2B Marketing experience
✓• Highly competent in the use of CRM systems – preferably HubSpot
✓• Demonstrable experience in enhancing customer / user journeys
✓• Passionate and pragmatic about proactive marketing initiatives
✓• Numerate, analytical and results focused
✓• Proactive, creative, and enthusiastic
