✓* Lead and inspire a diverse team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to achieve operational goals.
✓* Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments, including production, procurement, quality assurance, and logistics, to streamline operations and ensure seamless coordination.
✓* Monitor key performance indicators [KPIs] and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and meet targets.
✓* Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
✓* Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries of materials and services.
✓* Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, product specifications, and industry regulations.
✓* Prepare operational reports, analyse data, and present insights and recommendations to senior management.
✓* Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to building product manufacturing.
✓Qualifications and Requirements:
✓* Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Engineering, or a related field
✓A master's degree is advantageous.
✓* Proven experience in operations management within the building product manufacturing sector or a similar industry.
✓* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
✓* Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve operational excellence.
✓* Sound understanding of financial principles and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
