✓Our client is a well-established automotive engineering business based in Rotherham, supplying a range of bespoke products.
✓The successful Production Manager will be responsible for managing the production facility incorporating automotive assembly, interior fit-outs, exterior bodywork and paint spraying
✓Production / Assembly Manager Position Overview
✓Managing and planning the production processes within a workshop environment
✓Leading and managing the 20 production line staff onsite
✓Ensuring the high-quality standards are met with products
✓Utilising continuous improvement techniques within the workshop
✓Liaising closely with the senior management team
✓Production / Assembly Manager Position Requirements
✓Previous experience in a Production / Assembly Management role
✓Experience in the automotive engineering industry is desirable
✓Understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvements
✓Strong people management and leadership skills
✓Full UK Driving License
✓Good IT skills
✓Based in a commutable distance of Rotherham
✓Production / Assembly Manager Position Remuneration
✓Salary £38,000 - £45,000 - depending on experience
✓Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
✓Permanent position
