Production Operative
Description✓Manpower has an exciting opportunity for a number of Production Operatives to join the team as part of the lasers department for our client based in Atherstone.
✓On an initial 6-month fixed term contract the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the laser department by operating equipment that has a vital contribution to business success
✓During your shift you will calibrate scales in line with an instruction sheet, quality check material, packaging and configuration, complete 1st and last pallet checks as well as undertaking housekeeping roles and assist the operator when required.
✓The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of basic PC software and be able to interpret, report and record information accurately, the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, the ability to follow process and product standards as well as technical instructions and the ability to maintain high concentration levels during routine activity.
✓A working knowledge of SAP is desirable but not essential.
✓These roles have a rotating shift pattern of 12-hour days [06:00am - 18:00pm] and nights [18:00pm - 06:00am] Monday to Friday or converting 8 hour shifts days [06:00am - 14:00pm] and afternoons [14:00pm - 22:00pm] Monday to Friday Show more →
