Production Operative
Description✓Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturer, in their search for Production Operatives to work in their facility in Chester
✓For the successful Production Operatives our client is offering:
✓£25,459 per annum [Inclusive of Shift allowance]
✓£13.60 per hour [Inclusive of Shift allowance]
✓Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 5:45am to 1:45pm, and Friday 6:00am to 3:00pm
✓Week 2 – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 1:45pm to 10:30pm
✓4 weeks paid annual leave plus bank holidays
✓Contributory pension scheme [following successful probation period]

✓Healthcare cash plan
✓Free car parking
✓Permanent Role
✓The role – Production Operatives:
✓Responsible for producing sheet lead using various machines
✓Carry out the production of the manufacturing process on a designated production cell.
✓Timed Production line work
✓Communicating faults which may cause production delays to team leaders.
✓Quality inspection
✓Operating an FLT counterbalance truck
✓What our client is looking for in a Production Operative:
✓Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing / heavy engineering environment ESSENTIAL
✓A valid Counterbalance FLT licence ESSENTIAL
✓FLT Reach Licence BENEFICIAL
✓Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
✓Happy working in a foundry environment
✓Key skills or similar Job titles: Production operative, Process operative , FLT driver, Counter Balance, Machine Operative, factory worker, production worker
