Production Operatives
Description✓Thrive Shepton are delighted to be working with our client based in Milborne Port, who are looking for several Production Operatives to work Monday to Friday
✓You must be physically fit , be able to reliably commute to and from work, be able to work under supervision and as part of a team
✓Overtime is required during busier times.
✓A good understanding of English both verbal and written is required.
✓Full training will be provided.
✓General Duties:
✓This role involves all aspects of Production, from sorting to processing, packing and despatch
✓You are expected to meet and exceed set targets to achieve the agreed quality standards, following company guidelines.
✓Working Hours:
✓Monday-Friday
✓Shifts available - 6.30am to 3pm, 9.30am to 6pm or 1pm to 9.30pm
✓£11.25 per hour
✓Overtime rate of £16.87 per hour after 40 hours
✓Pay rate:
✓Basic - £11.25 per hour
✓Overtime - £16.87 per hour
