Production Operators

DescriptionWe are currently recruiting a number of experienced Production Operators to join our well established team in Skelmersdale
Positions to start ASAP
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced, busy working environment
The ideal candidate must have good communication skills, prove to be reliable and be willing to learn and progression is available for the right candidate
This is a manual role and the ideal candidate will be required to be their feet for the majority of your shift
Rate of pay is £11.37- £13.87
Shift Patterns - Monday to Friday on rotating shifts, mornings and afternoons
Hours:
Days-7.50am to 4.45pm Monday to Thursday & 7.50am to 12.10 Friday
Shifts - Week 1 - Monday to Thursday - 6am - 2pm & Friday 6am to 12pm
Week 2- Monday to Thursday 2pm to 10pm & Friday 11am to 4.35pm.

The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Production line operator, you will make an impact by:
Health and Safety awareness will be amongst your main priorities, and Health and Safety guidelines should be actively adhered to and promoted
Works with moderate work direction
Ability to follow SOP's and training processes
Works from written or verbal instructions and general operating procedures.
You will have control over product Quality.
Having good mechanical aptitude and skills
Basic data entry and computer proficiency preferred
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, the client requires [at a minimum] the following
Ability to work effectively with little supervision.
Ability to work on own initiative supported by all relevant production documentation.
Effective team player.
Ability to prioritise and organise tasks.
Must be able to demonstrate "good working habits"
