Production Supervisor
Description✓Your role:
✓Reporting to the Production Manager, this role will oversee the pallet manufacturing process
✓You will manage a shift and all direct staff to ensure the smooth running of the production process
✓Ensure all products are made to the correct specifications and all targets and deadlines are met to achieve the orders
✓Ensure that all direct staff comply with the Company's Health and Safety procedures.
✓Your duties will include but not limited to, taking full responsibility of the shift/teams in terms of management of staff, management of production and quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of the production processes
✓The successful individual shall effectively drive a customer focused team, to ensure all products are delivered to the customer on time and are fit for purpose and meet the customer specifications
✓You will develop and maintain strong relationships with management team to ensure optimal performance.
✓As an experienced Production Supervisor you will have experience in leading and mentoring a team whilst leading by example
✓You should be able to make appropriate decisions while following the company's organisational structure and also ensure any decisions which require to be escalated are done so in a timely manner
✓Excellent attention to detail and competency in decision making and problem solving is key to success.
