A leading manufacturing company, is seeking a versatile and experienced Project Manager to oversee a wide range of assignments across various aspects of their business, including logistics, engineering, facilities, customer/product development, supply chain, IT, and continuous improvements.
As the Project Manager, you will play a vital role in driving operational excellence and successfully executing diverse projects

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a portfolio of projects spanning logistics, engineering, facilities, customer/product development, and continuous improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, logistics, customer support, and quality control, to ensure effective project planning and execution.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting, aligning them with business goals and priorities.
Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and proactively manage risks and issues to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project implementation and timely resolution of challenges.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimisation, operational efficiencies, and cost savings.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety guidelines, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Prior experience in project management, coordination, or administration.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong project management skills and knowledge, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and reporting.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration and driving results.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities, analyse data, and implement effective solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
