✓Key Responsibilities:
✓Manage and lead a portfolio of projects spanning logistics, engineering, facilities, customer/product development, and continuous improvements.
✓Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, logistics, customer support, and quality control, to ensure effective project planning and execution.
✓Develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting, aligning them with business goals and priorities.
✓Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and proactively manage risks and issues to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
✓Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project implementation and timely resolution of challenges.
✓Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimisation, operational efficiencies, and cost savings.
✓Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety guidelines, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
✓Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
✓Qualifications and Skills Required:
✓Prior experience in project management, coordination, or administration.
✓Excellent communication and organisational skills.
✓Strong project management skills and knowledge, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and reporting.
✓Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration and driving results.
