Quality Assurance Associate Technologist
Description✓Position: Quality Assurance Associate Technologist
✓* Salary: £21,000 to £24,000 dependent on level of experience
✓* Location: Lancing, West Sussex
✓* Hours: 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday
✓We are looking for QA Associate Technologist to join a fun, busy and growing product driven business in the Lancing area as part of their Quality Assurance team where you’ll work alongside the New Product NPD and product test teams.
✓The Quality Assurance Associate Technologist role will involve:
✓* Management of the testing on customer accounts to ensure product compliance.
✓* Requesting, checking and filing test reports from manufacturers to ensure Technical files complete.
✓* Updating testing trackers to enable cost monitoring.
✓* Administration of the critical path on own accounts to ensure effective CP meetings.
✓* Liaising with the QA Administrator and nominated test house to arrange required tests in line with UK, EU and US legislation and customer requirements to ensure product compliance.
✓* Working with the QA Senior Technologist to advise on correct warnings and symbols for product packaging, instruction manuals and rating labels to ensure product compliance.
✓* Participating in the on-boarding process for new factories to ensure factory capability.
✓You’ll need experience of working with multiple departments, managing small customer and client accounts and experience of building relationships with customers and manufacturers
✓You’ll need strong accuracy and attention to detail, excellent administrative skills and strong Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly with Excel.
✓This is a full time permanent role working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday
