Quality Engineer
Description✓We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join a prestigious engineering firm on a temporar contract basis.
✓About the role...
✓The role will be ensuring we have legal compliance in all areas of Quality and create a positive quality culture for all team members in all roles
✓Other key responsibilities include:
✓* Actively participating in project activities regarding controls, testing, and inspection
✓* Responsible for responding to any emerging quality issues, containment issues and verification of any products or materials that do not meet the required standard and specification
✓* Providing guidance and assistance with the NPI design verification and validation processes for product and process development
✓* To lead on any audits, including creating, conducting and logging and audit activities
✓* Manage CAPA processes and product control
✓What you'll need...
✓* A HNC, or equivalent, in an Engineering Discipline [essential]
✓* Three years’ experience in a Quality Engineering role within a Mechanical or Manufacturing environment [essential]
✓* Knowledge of medical devices [desirable]
✓* Knowledge & experience of FDA and EU MDD requirements [desirable]
✓Excellent rates of pay available.
