Quality Manager - Manufacturing & Welding
Description✓Quality Manager required for a varied Engineering & Manufacturing company based in Wellingborough
✓The successful candidate will be an experienced Quality Manager using ISO9001 within a similar industry.
✓Quality Manager - Manufacturing & Welding Position Overview
✓Oversee all aspects of Quality within our manufacturing, fabrication and engineering facilities.
✓Liaising with customers and gathering feedback
✓Understanding customer expectations and needs from product
✓Monitoring and evaluating production processes
✓Monitoring standards of production
✓Rejecting products that do not meet requirements
✓Generate statistical reports on quality standards
✓Report to Stakeholders on quality standard issues and customer complaints
✓Analyse and evaluate any product return or rejects
✓Develop and maintain any corrective actions from any return or rejects
✓Quality Manager - Manufacturing & Welding Position Requirements
✓Demonstrate competencies in Quality Management through experience and training.
✓Be confident and familiar in the use of industry standard Quality tools such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA and MSA
✓Show effective management and maintenance of relevant ISO Quality systems such as ISO9001:2015 and welding standards such as ISO3834.
✓Understand and interpret engineering drawings.
✓Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✓Be a strong motivator
✓Be proficient in Office based software
✓Have excellent attention to detail, be thorough and organized
✓Quality Manager - Manufacturing & Welding Position Remuneration
✓On Site, no remote working
✓8.00 to 16.30 Monday to Friday.
✓Fixed holidays [factory shutdowns], no floating days
✓Flexibility exists.
