Quality Manager
Description✓JOB- Quality Manager
✓LOCATION- Lancing
✓TERM- Permanent
✓SALARY- £45,000 - £70,000 per annum [dependent on experience]
✓We are looking for a Quality Manager on a permanent basis in the Lancing / Brighton area with experience in the Manufacturing Industry
✓Your main duties day to day will be to Manage the Quality Engineering teams as well as get hands on involved in root cause analysis and other analysis tools
✓We are also considering candidates of a Senior Engineer level looking to make a step up
✓The Quality Manager will ideally have the following attributes:
✓Qualified in Engineering ideally [NVQ / HNC / HND / Degree or similar] OR Qualified by experience.
✓Previous experience as a Senior Quality Engineer or Quality Manager.
✓Knowledge of assembly-based manufacturing businesses
✓Experience of regulated manufacturing, i.e
✓certified to any of;
✓ISO9001,
✓AS9100,
✓IATF16949
✓ISO13485
✓Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
✓Be self-motivated and have a positive attitude
✓Good problem-solving skills.
✓Exposure to HSE – beneficial but not essential The Quality Manager role will involve:
✓Managing the Quality Management system day to day.
✓Ensuring all products meet the required quality standards.
✓Manage corrective actions and process improvements.
